1995: Waterworld was
released, Striesand received a Grammy for lifetime achievement,
Jerry Garcia passed away, Spod was born.
Spod started his journey whilst he was conducting scientific
field studiez, where he discovered in a series of experimentz
the now legendary "Scorpionz of Sexxx". It's from
the study of these Scorpionz that Spod uncovered his latent
power to bring love to the surface of mankind & the soul
of all humanity. Honing his craft till the turn of the millennium,
Spod waited till the new age. An age where the people would
be ready. Ready to GET HOT!!! And the time iz now for Spod
to share what he has learnt...
Spod displayz his knowledge and unbridled passion for sexxxy
electro rock, modern dance and the power of pink as he wringz
every ounce of luv from his body, on record and in the live
realm, working the ladiez in the room into a Beatles like
frenzy. The "Scorpion Dance Team"; of Krylon &
Axltronixxx hypnotise the guyz, so they don';t notice their
girlfriendz heartz being stolen before their eyez. Sliding
between backing traxxx, keyboard, guitar, vocalz and handing
flowerz to his adoring peepz, Spod wont stop till he getz
enough, which is usually when he's up on the floor in a pile
of sweat, beerz, tearz and glitter... Booyah!!!
The time has now come that Spod feels the people are ready
for a collection of his favourite Spod songz to date. Enlisting
the help of the "Raddest Producer in the World",
Jonboyrock (Further, Decoder Ring, Hard-onz) the debut Spod
album was recorded in March 2003, with songz dating back from
his rootz to the modern day, show-casing hi electro-sexxx-power-rock-hip-hop
skillz in all their evocative electronic glory!!!
